The camp was offered thru the Lowell and Cedar Lake Parks Department.
Come and learn about BMX. Get pointers on how to race, learn how to read a moto sheet and how the starting gate works. Parents, come out and meet the track operators, trainers and our family of volunteers. Freedom Bmx's family orientated atmosphere .

Race To Help Our Neighbors !August 2nd. in Conjunction with our State race weekend.
Freedom BMX is joining the effort to help keep local food pantries stocked. This will be a Freedom BMX exclusive race designed to give help to our neighbors. It is during these tough times when we need to pull together to help each other. Many jobs have been lost and many of our neighbors are having a tough time. Our local food pantries are at a greater need than ever before. Come out ride, have fun, and give hope ! We can make a difference !
Bring in 10 can goods or non-perishable items and race for only $1.00.
All items will be going to the Lowell and Cedar Lake Food pantries.
THANK YOU TO THE LOWELL POLICE DEPARTMENT, ARON SCHUHRKE STATE FARM, LOWELL PARKS DEPARTMENT AND ANNIE'S HOTDOG STAND. The kids had a great time being a part of the bike rodeo.
The Race For Life went off on sunday. Top fundraiser Nicole Mirowski won a bag of goodies. Ceairra Brodrick was the second highest fund raiser and earned some prizes. A special thanks goes out the Mirowski Family for donating a bike for us to raffle off. Sean Quinn was the winner of the awesome bike.

Some new improvements at the track for 2009 : BRAND SCAFFOLDING donated a set of stairs for our announcing tower. A huge Thank you goes out to them for there help we desperately needed them.
We also would like to Thank the CEDAR LAKE LITTLE LEAGUE for donating a set of bleachers, A special thanks goes out to every one who help with repairing them.
We now have a COVERED scoring deck, So the scorers can get out of the sun.
We would also like to Thank Leeps Plumbing supply for donating the pipe for our new drainage system and Engel Excavating for installing it.
Saturday May 2nd. Vintage BMX Gathering & BBQ . The 1st Annual Mongoose Classic hosted by Moosegoose Nick and Family was an awesome day. Great food Great People Great Fun ! More photos in our photo album.
